They do get busy time to time but always find a way to fit something around my schedule. I can say I’ve only had warm customer service and hair cuts that exceed my expectations. She is quiet if you’re wanting to relax and is very pleasant to talk with if I’m in the mood to chat and hear about her life and family or share about mine. She cuts my son’s hair and my wife agrees she’s amazing. I saw a few negative reviews targeting Lana and those folks couldn't be more wrong. The wash and shoulder rub is next level for relaxing at the end of a haircut. If you don’t like physical contact maybe consider self grooming. Lana is a pro. ”
